How the service works

To begin the care, the animals undergo a careful assessment to understand their health status and thus determine the severity of the case and the type of treatment required.

Thus, it is verified whether there is a need for blood transfusion, surgery, intensive care, medication, or other treatments. Along with the need for exams, such as X-rays, tomography, ultrasound, among others. 

Emergency hospitals do not perform general consultations, vaccinations, dental procedures, among others. They are an extension of these practices, where your pets’ veterinarian will refer you when more specific and urgent care is needed.

We are a 24-hour emergency hospital, operating 365 days a year. We provide reference service with highly qualified professionals in their areas.  And we have a diagnostic center with computed tomography, X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, hematology and urinalysis. We have large and comfortable ICUs and two operating rooms.

Our hospital specializes in urgent and emergency care. We do not give vaccinations, perform dental procedures, or perform routine surgeries (such as spay and neuters). Our hospital functions as an extension of the general practice.
